Late Policy

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may

not be able to provide the full service for which you have been

scheduled and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Cancelation Policy

Please give 24hr notice for cancelation.

If an appointment gets canceled past the 24 hr window you will be charged a non-refundable 50% of hair service total.

No Show Policy

If Synchronicity Salon is not notified that you are unable to make your appointment and you do not show up, you will be charged 100%

of the hair service scheduled.

Hair Service Satisfaction Policy

We allow one week from original date a hair service is performed for complimentary adjustments, after one week it is the financial

responsibility of the client.

Please note that we charge a 3.0% card processing fee, to avoid this you can use Zelle, Venmo or pay with cash.

All Services at Synchronicty Salon are a starting price.

Paola

BLONDING/EXTENSIONS/COLOR CORRECTION/HAIRCUTS

Paola is a very passionate person and she likes to give 100% to everything she does, especially when it comes to beauty and hair!

She was born in Mexico City, grew up in Cabo San Lucas and moved to Idaho in 2009. In 2020, Paola made the move to Miami, FL!

Paola started her career working at a high-end hair salon, Lunatic Fringe Boise as a Junior Stylist in 2015. Due to her work ethic, continuous education and training, she quickly grew through the styling ranks reaching Master Stylist in under 5 years.

In her attempt to advance in the beauty industry and stay inspired, she attended the International Salon and SPA Expo and the North American Hairstyling Awards, taking cutting and color classes for 2 years.

Paola received hair training from:

DJ Muldoon
Gerard Scarpaci
Fumi Eguchi
Jake Thompson

Invested in taking on all opportunities, she traveled to Japan in 2018 & 2019 as a part of the Lunatic Fringe Creative team to collaborate on shoots, teach classes and partake on the Dream Bridge Project created by Fumi Eguchi to connect Japanese and American Hairstylists.

In 2021 Paola obtained her Bellami Extension Certification, I-tips, K-tips, Hand-tied, Volume Weft and Tape-ins.

In 2022 she traveled to the L’Oréal Professionel’s SoHo Academy in New York where she took 48 hours of training, over 3 weekends to get her L’Oréal Professionel’s Color Certification.

Paola loves the physical and mental aspect of doing hair, a true artist who finds satisfaction in meeting her clients needs and expectations by having a great consultation.

Hair health is always on her mind when creating a game plan to reach your hair goals.

Adriana

HAIRCUTS/BALAYAGE/HIGHLIGHTS/ SMOOTHING TREATMENTS

I love hair since I was a little girl, I knew since then I wanted to be a hairstylist!

At age 14 Adriana attended beauty school, graduated at 16 and started working at Robert Lee’s, a high end salon in Mexico City where she got mentored and trained, stayed working there for 13 years.

in 1998 she left the big city and moved to Cabo San Lucas Mexico where she worked at the salon in Pueblo Bonito Blanco, Las Ventanas al Paraiso and Suzanne Morel doing bridal hair and make-up.

In 2012 Adriana moved to Idaho and worked at Signature Salon and Spa for 12 years.

While in Idaho she attended Balayage and Dimensional Color classes at Lunatic Fringe Boise.

Adriana became certified in Brazilian Blowdry smoothing treatment in 2019 and has specialized in costumizing this treatment for different textures and end-results.

She believes in continuing her education, specializing in precision haircuts, hair color, and Up-Do Styling Adriana attended classes from L’Oreal Professionel, Paul Mitchell and Vidal Sassoon.

As an active member of Balayage University, an online platform of education for stylists, she has been able to keep up with the latest trends and techniques.

In 2021 Adriana moved to Miami and worked at a salon in Coral Gables for almost two years, before making her dream of opening a salon with her daughter come true!
